Dr. S. Nayana Tara, Ph.D (Education) S. Nayana Tara is one of the Directorsand looks after the key area of Vocational Education and Skill Development. Formerly she was professor at IIM Bangalore and conducted several large scale national level research studies, monitoring & evaluation, appraisal of plans in Education. She has authored several books and scholarly articles on Education.

RESEARCH

Dr. Brijesh Kumar Bajpai, MBA, Ph.D (Economics) Dr. Brijesh Kumar Bajpai, is one of the Key Members of the company. He is an Economist and previously worked as Director of Giri Institute of Development Studies and authored several books, scholarly articles, evaluation studies, and various projects etc., related social sectors. As the Former Professor in Economics and Director of the Giri Institute of Development Studies, Lucknow, Brijesh has more than forty years of research experience in the field of Development Research in Social Sciences during when he has completed91 research projects relating to evaluation studies, poverty and social monitoring, community participation, panchayatraj system and decentralized planning, public distribution system, land use pattern, natural resource management, rural diversification and agricultural development, agricultural marketing, and other studies relating to social sector development.

CURRICULUM AND TEACHING LEARNING MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT

Dr. Rajeswari Velayutham, M.A (Women Studies, Yoga, Psychology), M.Ed, Ph.D (Education) Dr. Rajeswari Velayutham, is one of the Key members of the company. She is a Educationalist and has worked as the Director of School Leadership Academy of Tamil Nadu in 2016-2017 and the Director of Curriculum Development Cell of the Tamil Nadu University and vast experience 30 years in Teaching, Research and Extension Activities in the areas of Gender Equity, Teacher Education, RTE Entitlement, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Capacity Building Programmes in Leadership Development, and Action Research. She has conducted various workshops, trainings and authored scholarly articles in education.

SCHOOL BAND ACTIVITIES

Prem Rana Sri. Prem Rana has experience in providing training to school children and school physical education teachers on School Band activities. He is an expert in training students for use of brass band and pipe band. He earlier worked in Jharkhand in various private schools and got several prizes from the Ministry of Education in the various national level band competitions. He used to train students to get job opportunities in the field of band competition as band instructor or Music Teacher. He is training all the girl student studying in the KGBV schools of Jharkhand state.

MAINSTREAMING OF OUT OF SCHOOL CHILDREN & SPECIAL TRAINING

Dr. Suresh Chandra Mehta, B.Tech, B.Ed., M.Ed., and Ph.D. (Education). Dr. Suresh Chandra Mehta worked as Education Specialist in ADB Project with British Council in Meghalaya, as Sr. Consultant (SSA-RTE) in NCERT, Research Officer, NCTE (ERC, Bhubaneswar & WRC, Bhopal); and as State Programme Officer (AS & NFE) in Bihar Education Project. He has evaluated running NFE programme of the State of Bihar and has innovated effective curriculum strategy for the education of Out of school children through experimentation, which is documented in M.Ed. curriculum of IGNOU-NCTE. He has guided/ coordinated/ edited and facilitated development of several curricula, textbooks, supplementary reading materials, guidelines and training modules on education of OoSC in Bihar, Haryana, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh. He has coordinated Regional Conferences on the awareness of special training programmes for the mainstreaming of OoSC on behalf of NCERT and provided training to State level officials and faculty from SCERTs and DIET faculty. Dr. Suresh Chandra Mehta, is one of the key member of the company and he has specialized in Out of School Children & Special Trainings. He hasdesigned several course materials, modules, guidelines on Out of School Children area. He hastrained several state officials.

THIRD PARTY MONITORING & EVALUATION

Mr Maruti Kamble. Sri.Maruti Kamble is an expert in Third Party Monitoring & Evaluation Projects (TPMEP) Schemes. He has a wide range of earlier experiences in conducting studies in the area of monitoring & evaluation and various projects of SSA, MDM, RMSA etc in the State of Maharashtra & UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli .He worked earlier in IIE Pune and State Government of Maharashtra in the Education department. Mr Mohan P. Nanekar, M.A (Hindi), M.Ed. Sri. Mohan P. Nanekar is an expert in Third Party Monitoring & Evaluation Projects (TPMEP) Schemes. He has a wide range of earlier experiences in conducting studies in the area of monitoring & evaluation and various projects of SSA, MDM, RMSA etc., in the State of Maharashtra & UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

TEACHER EDUCATION

Dr. Umesh Prasad Khadanga Ph.D(Education) Dr. Umesh Prasad Khadanga is also one of the Directors of the Synergy Education, Research, Training and Development Services Private Limited, New Delhi, India. As a Share-holder Director of the Company, Umesh looks over the operation of the Company’s activities at national level. He also represents the Company to have negotiations for service provision with governments, donors, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders. Umesh looks after the key area of teacher training for providing services to the customers. He acts as the Core Team Leader for providing services in this area. Umesh has a wide range of earlier experiences in conducting studies in the area of teacher Education i.e., i) Training of B. Ed. and M.Ed. students for several decades.ii) Training to Trainers on conducting the Pre-service as well as In-service training to teachers. iii) Training to Head Masters and the SMC members on school management.

THIRD PARTY MONITORING & EVALUATION

Dr. Prasanta Kumar Acharya, Ph.D (Anthropology) Dr. Prasanta Kumar Acharya, is one of the Directors of the company. He is an Anthropologist and Prasanta has a wide range of earlier experiences in conducting studies in the area of monitoring and evaluation and authored several books, scholarly articles, evaluation studies, various projects etc. He undertaken various third -party monitoring activities of SSA, MDM with Ministry of Education in Odisha State.

MAINSTREAMING OF OUT OF SCHOOL CHILDREN & SPECIAL TRAINING

Dr. Pushpa Mandal Ph.D(Education) Dr Pushpa Madal is an educationalist. Formerly she was professor at NCERT, Delhi. Prepared Guidelines for Special Training of OoSC in Age Appropriate Classes under RTE Act, 2009, NCERT Publication V. Shikshak Sandarsika. A Handbook for teachers for age appropriate admission of OoSC, NCERT Publication. Nai Subha (New Dawn), a supplementary reading material for children at primary levels. She has undertaken academic sessions in various orientation programs organized for state research teams at RIEs/ NIERIE, particularly in connection with implementing Quality Monitoring program in 100 clusters ,organized at RIE Bhopal during 2012/2013 .Delivered a discourse on Characteristics of Effective Early Childhood Teachers in the Diploma Course organized by Department of Elementary Education, NCERT. Participated and contributed in the workshop on “Research Tools Examination". Organized by SIEMAT, Dehra Doon, Lucknow.

Dr. Kusum Sharma, M.Ed, Ph.D (Education) Dr. Kusum Sharma, is one of the Key members of the company. She is a Educationalist and Expert in various fields of education at different levels from Pre-Primary education to Higher Education that includes Early Childhood Care & Education, Guidance &Counselling, Teaching of English Language & Literature, Research Methodology, Action Research, Story Telling and Developing Language Games. and She has been associated with CBSE, SCERT, NCERT & IGNOU with taking up short term assignments of workshop & teacher-trainings and Developed the ECCE, D.El.Ed courses, TLM, Curriculum designing authored several books, scholarly articles, training modules etc.

Dr. Romesh Chand Ph.D(Education) Dr. Romesh Chand expert in various research projects in the education field. Earlier, Dr Romesh Chand worked as Professor in the Department of Education Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. He is having 30 years of experience in the field of Research. He did lot of research and monitoring project of the ministry of education and various projects of SSA, MDM and RMSA. He is to training Ph D students on Research Methodology.
